MORE OXYGEN = MORE LIFE

Dr. Andrew Weil was one of the few MDs who jumped out of the mainstream, and into the side-stream of alternative/complementary medicine. And then so many people followed him, the side-stream has almost become the mainstream.

DEEP, QUIET, SLOW, REGULAR

 

  • DEEP = breathe deeply by extending and emphasizing the exhale, which enables you to inhale more deeply with less effort (more air out = more air in)

  • QUIET = quiet breathing through your NOSE

  • SLOW = breathe slower, extending inhale & exhale, particularly exhale

  • REGULAR = breathe at an even pace
