Important: the nose is for breathing, the mouth is for eating.
As much as possible, breathe IN and OUT through your NOSE.

Why is nose breathing so important?
Increases oxygen intake by as much as 20%
Pathogens are more filtered from entering your body
Nitric oxide made and released = vasodilation = increased circulation
Balances the nervous system = less anxiety, lower stress
Lower blood pressure
Improved respiratory problems, including asthma
Increased lung capacity = longer life
