The In-Between" Times

Use the in-between times to just tune into your breath. You can take 10 seconds at a stop light, 30 seconds in a chair, on the toilet, while cooking, on a walk… just think of the breath for just a moment, and pay attention to it for a minute or so. All you have to do is take some long, slow, deep breaths through the nose.

Don't over-complicate it. 

Try to cultivate more “breath awareness" as a new habit. 

Awareness wakes up our body-mind-spirit intelligence.
